Popemobile
Yet another competition - this time to make a Popemobile.
I found a couple of photos of the actual item (one of them - many versions have been made).
The model was based on a Corgi 1117 Road Sweeper-
The back and sweeper mechanisms were removed.
The back was made from plastic card and 3mm perspex.
The 'Pope' figure was a Dinky racing driver converted with a few blobs of Milliput filed to shape.
The model was then sprayed white and the black detail added. To finish off, home-made decals were added.
