Dinky 30e Breakdown Truck

As you can see, it was in very poor condition. It had been repainted (more than once), the rear hook was missing and the box section below the searchlight had metal fatigue.
One good point in its favour - it had good tyres on it!!

The model was stripped to component parts, stripped of paint, the box section was cleaned up, filled and smoothed. All parts were then primed and painted. A wire hook was made freom wire and the parts re-assembled.
It now looks like this:-
