As Bought:This poor little Massey Harris tractor had certainly seen better days.
The steering wheel and exhaust were both missing, as was the drivers head.

It looked as if it had been stood on as the rear mudguards were both bent. The Restoration:
The model was stripped to bare component parts, all paint removed a examined and new parts ordered - exhaust, steering wheel & shaft, driver and decals.
With a bit o gentle heat on the gas stove the mudguards were straightened. The front forks were also striaghtened.
All parts with the exception of the wheels were then given a coat of primer, left to dry for 24 hours and then painted.
The parts were then left to completely harden for a week and detail painting was then done. All parts were re-assembled and as a final touch - the decals applied.
The finished Model.
